The application below will NOT allow you to save the information within the document, and will not allow you to save the completed application to your computer. Please print the document when you have it completed. All information that you fill in will be lost, and you will not be able to retrieve it. The first pdf document contains information which may disqualify persons from obtaining a CCW Permit in Sacramento County (and California). There may also be other conditions present which may also disqualify you for a Sacramento County CCW permit.
